IEEahorascooter.com -DO NOT BUY I bought a Mangosteen brand scooter from the Eahora scooter website. Within a very short space of time the bike dangerously lost power in the middle of the road and repeatedly did so. Over the space of two months there were roughly 80 emails - I had to dismantle the bike and replace parts they sent. They got me to splice cables as one part they sent was incorrect. They wanted me to drill holes in the frame and swap cables etc. Then they simply stopped communicating when things weren't working. I have now initiated court proceedings as I'm out of pocket to the sum of thousands of dollars. I have a useless bike taking up space in my house. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying these extremely poorly engineered bikes with exposed electrics. I will warn people about Mangosteen and Eahora on all review sites across Europe, US and Asia to make sure people don't have the same horrible experience I have had. For a company to simply stop communication highlights the pathetically poor quality of the company. I will provide regular updates on the court proceedings to let everyone know how Eahora and Mangosteen treat their customers. Watch this space!

NZYou live in Australia I ordered an E bike via their customer support as I couldn't get it delivered to NZ via their website. Right from the outset I told them I lived in NZ. They sent me an invoice which had my address on it and was subsequently paid. Highly excited in anticipation of getting a fabulous scooter I was soon knocked down to earth when I received an email saying they couldn't deliver to NZ. They didn't check a map and didn't realise I lived in Australia 'their words'. I was very disappointed knowing I wasn't getting a new scooter but was livid being told I lived in Australia!

GBX7 is a great bike I bought my X7 during the pandemic while working in San Francisco. It was easy to assemble, has no problem reaching 28mph and carried me up some of the steepest hills in the city . Battery continually holds a full charge and the gears are smooth for those times when you decide to engage with peddling. It's very easy to fold up and will fit in your back seat if needed. I would recommend this bike to anyone who likes to commute, ride trails,or wants to enjoy some light cardio exercise a couple of times a week. This bike travels with me all over the country and has never let me down.

GBAs a buyer of seven(7) Azarias low step… As a buyer of seven(7) Azarias low step ebikes for me, my wife, my three sons and two daughter-in-laws, I have a few suggestions: 1. UNLOCK the display parameter options like tire size, (odometer does not exactly match gps on Samsung Health or Strava apps), PAS Sensitivity, PAS Strength, etc. 2. Color display 3. Reposition battery seat post connection from the bottom to under/behind the the seat for easier access/connection. 4. Up the charging amps to decrease charge time - hard to implement, but it would be nice :) Overall we LOVE our ebikes. Keep up the good work! I would like a saddlebag if I win :) FYI: I have run many watt hr./mile tests and here's my data (I am 5'10", 175lbs): PAS 1 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 80 to 90 miles (10 watts/mile) PAS 2 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 60 to 70 miles (13 watts/mile) PAS 3 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 50 to 60 miles (15 watts/mile) AWESOME!

GBOur Eahora x7 plus bikes performed… Our Eahora x7 plus bikes performed GREAT as we took them to MEXICO and did the 52 mile ROSARITO to ENSENADA organized bike ride. With a lot of up hills, we pedalled at the start down the coast without the batteries turned on to save in case they ran low but to our surprise and Overwhelmed ENJOYMENT ! We did not need to as they flew down the course and up the steep " EL TIGRE" mountains with plenty of battery life left. Me my wife and brother will do it again this year with the confidence on our X7 plus bikes knowing they are proven and awesome! Thanks for building the fun into bikes after age 60 again.
