System fails multiple times System fails multiple times. The data keeps getting deleted from the account so cannot charge work for electricity used. System repeatedly failed to connect to the internet. Not worth the money.

Stay away ! Like virtually everybody else who is assessing Chargepoint, I feel obligated to warn others against this company. They do not deliver - but rather they will take your money and when you ask to have your money back, the most you can hope for is a response that they will get back to you ... and nothing happens. I regret not having checked them on Trustpilot before engaging with the company.

Zero customer support We have had our two chargers installed for three years and the support contract was renewed in October at a cost of £1,620. One of our chargers has mysteriously managed to uninstall itself in December and requires an engineer to set up the charger again. I have chased this up weekly and keep being told the support team will get in touch but they don't reply, even when their colleagues are forwarding emails telling them to respond urgently. There is no way to speak to the service team directly and nobody seems to care about customer service at all. We are now trying to request a refund for the support contract and will buy new chargers from an alternative supplier who will hopefully provide some kind of support.

I have been told once you sign up and you agree to the terms and conditions you agree to auto-reload and you cannot DISABLE this feature!!!! In the US they allow this feature to be disabled. Every electric charging station has an app that you must download and use. All apps required auto-loading of funds.
