App says there are chargers where there arent My charging experience has been positive, though I don’t understand why I have to pay in a balance of $10 all the time since it could just charge my credit card for what I actually use like other chargers. Their chargers I have used usually work, unlike IVY， but the app shows chargers all over the place even if their in a pricey garage at a hospital, or either non existent or peoples personal home spots, or businesses that when you get there have signs saying for employees only - tried going to 5 stations in Vaughan with my car nearly out of charge only to find none of them were stations I could use - so had to drive back up the highway to an IVY station - they may be unreliable, but at least the stations are actually where they say they are.

A week later I tried the same charger station but different number..it was like pulling teeth said charger not recognised after several attempts..Oooof… Then card not recognised then not charging try again give up..unplugged my car and drive home with the charge I had when I arrived at the EV charge point.. Opposite of a simplified user friendly experience!! Used at Cheshire Oaks..

Do not use this company if you can… Do not use this company if you can possibly do so...... Ok so they charge your card with £10 to hold in your account. Sorta ok with that, the only time I charged with them after about 6 months, was a v short charge worth £7.03. after this they then charged my credit card £30. I immediately closed my account 3rd Jan 2024 and still no refund..... For the £30 charge I have raised a dispute with my credit card who sided with charge point, because they have my credit card details, so it's a valid charge. I've reopened the dispute as charge point have not complied with their own t&C's which say when balance goes below auto reload level they will charge you the higher of £10 or the average use of through their app/account. Only used them once in over 6 months..... Credit card company are reviewing currently. All as I get from charge point is an email every now and again saying they are having problems with their systems and you'll get the money, just wait a further 14 days..... In my mind they are a bunch of criminals and couldn't give 2 f's about their "customers"

I wouldn’t even give 1 star I wouldn’t even give 1 star. This company seems to be taking funds time and time again out of my account - this must be illegal. Our first EV charge experience away from home, the instructions made out the app had to be installed, I have had four transactions for what was actually only £5 of charge yet multiple £10 and £15 transactions on multiple days. Customer service line very difficult to hear clearly when I complained. I think I will have a refund but who knows…..

This company will auto charge your… This company will auto charge your credit card even if you are not charging or below the minimum threshold. They ended up charging me 7 times within an hour of $10 each totaling $70 which makes no sense. I never charged more than that a session. Customer support was unable to resolve via phone, social media and email. They stopped responded and are blatantly stealing from customers with stored CC info. Beware!!!
