Annoying and time wasting experience Very time consuming downloading the app and providing all details. Then after charging debited a further £20 to hold in their account. Why? Phoned customer service. Terrible line and the agent struggled to understand me. Cannot understand why these charging points cannot be pay as you go .

App says there are chargers where there arent My charging experience has been positive, though I don’t understand why I have to pay in a balance of $10 all the time since it could just charge my credit card for what I actually use like other chargers. Their chargers I have used usually work, unlike IVY， but the app shows chargers all over the place even if their in a pricey garage at a hospital, or either non existent or peoples personal home spots, or businesses that when you get there have signs saying for employees only - tried going to 5 stations in Vaughan with my car nearly out of charge only to find none of them were stations I could use - so had to drive back up the highway to an IVY station - they may be unreliable, but at least the stations are actually where they say they are.

Cost is astronomical for an EV charge as they continue to charge your credit card, even though your car has completed charging. App did not work, so had to use credit card at the station. I have very little confidence in ChargePoint. They are making a lot of free money.

Total scam ! Total scam, ChargePoint went from automatic stealing money from my credit card in advance, it went from 40 euros to 60 and then 100, yesterday they stole 270 euros !!! Apparently it is to do with the amount I charge BUT when your usage goes down they do not adjust the amount down !!! Try to get in touch ! Basically if you don’t like it you can cancel your card ! No other option ! Normally you would be asked in advance how much do you want to top up your credit But ChargePoint keep taking as much as they like ! Surely it is illegal ?

Chargepoint provides charging services… Chargepoint provides charging services for my employer and about 40% of times their stations fail to work and you have to rejoin a waitlist. Chargepoint has no process to take customer complaints and no ticketing system to track customer issues, they don't care about their customers. The station numbering system is very poor and you have to park your car and get out of your car to figure out the station number and often the plastic is decomposed and you cannot read the content and the station number.
