Scamming Pieces of $h!& They took my money and never sent the helmet. I don't believe they are the business they claim to be. They are in the business of scamming people out of their money. Their phone number is not registered in the USA. Don't order from them.

Courteous staff, prompt service I had an issue with the helmet I bought and they responded to my email within an hour of sending it. Although the helmet still didn't work out, the staff was courteous and the service was great. I'll definitely shop here again.

Nothing shipped Like others recently, ordered helmet and visor from them. They charged my card the next business day but that's about it. No tracking, email not responded to, calls not answered. Bank is reversing the charges. If this company is having an issue like a death in the family, wildfires, peaceful protesting etc., they can put something on their website.

I really wished I had read the reviews… Edit:Shortly after writing this review retobikegear.com refunded me my money. No message, explanation, or apology. At least I got my money back. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. I really wished I had read the reviews on this place before placing an order. I ordered a helmet two weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I've sent messages twice that went unanswered so I sent a third to attempt to cancel the order and get my money back. I doubt I will get it back judging by others experience. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place!
