GBThe returns process is heinous The returns process is heinous. Motorcycle helmets can be a guessing game as to what will work. When I spend over $200 on a helmet that does not fit properly despite the size chart, I shouldn’t to pay $20 to return the helmet! I will never purchase from this website again.

GBI placed an order for leather gloves 6… I placed an order for leather gloves 6 weeks ago. My credit card was charged. I have not received the gloves. I have sent out on e-mail two week ago with no response and left one voice message with no response. The phone number automatically goes to voice mail.

GBI purchased a motorcycle helmet from… I purchased a motorcycle helmet from RetroCycle but have not received it nor have I received notification that it's been shipped. I have tried calling their number multiple times but nobody ever answers..I have also written to them multiple times and never get a response. At this time I plan to contact the California state attorney general and federal consumer protection commission. If these people are ripping people off they need to be shut down and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

GBThe best customer service!! The best customer service!!! I received the wrong helmet, I called customer service the correct helmet was shipped ASAP. Customer service called me back each time I called for status. This the second helmet I have purchased. Great product even better customer thanks
