GBNothing shipped Like others recently, ordered helmet and visor from them. They charged my card the next business day but that's about it. No tracking, email not responded to, calls not answered. Bank is reversing the charges. If this company is having an issue like a death in the family, wildfires, peaceful protesting etc., they can put something on their website.

GBI was worried at first but Retro pulled… I was worried at first but Retro pulled though shipping took a little longer than expected but still a reasonable time frame. Packaging was good product arrived safely and were just as presented on web site. Ty retro bike gear

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Torc Helmet. It was like wearing a fish bowl. Odd shape. Really big on top. I returned it. It has been 8 days now since they have received it back, and they have yet to refund my money. They have not even replied to my emails. I even assume they are not really in California. I think they are in China or Japan, some wanna be company trying to be cool.

GBAmazingly bad !! Amazingly bad !!! I’ve ordered a pare of gloves, they charged me and after three days of no info I wrote an email. They answered me to have patience, after one week I received an email, they apologized because they don’t have the helmet anymore!!!!! Now I really don’t know if they sent me an email for somebody else, my gloves are in the store or not …? Stupid, unprofessional, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
