I was very pleased with the service… I was very pleased with the prompt and accurate response and courteous service. I accidently entered an incorrect email address and when i called to confirm, the person who responded found my reservation immediately, saw the error, corrected it and I got my confirmation rapidly. The driver was on time, texted me, and the car was clean, without any odors. Very pleased with the service.

Matrix Limos is Fantastic We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Fan of Matrix For the booking, prices are fair and responses are quick, plus they're understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. Pick up was solid. I received a text from the driver telling me he was there, then he told me exactly where to meet him for the pickup. Ride was smooth with no issues. Would book again with Matrix for sure!
