Fan of Matrix For the booking, prices are fair and responses are quick, plus they're understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. Pick up was solid. I received a text from the driver telling me he was there, then he told me exactly where to meet him for the pickup. Ride was smooth with no issues. Would book again with Matrix for sure!

Matrix Limos is Fantastic We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. Flight Delayed 12 hours Javits Center to LaGuardia in mid-afternoon went smoothly. Upon arrival at LGA, I was informed that my flight was delayed 12 hrs, 10 min, meaning it was rescheduled to leave early the next morning. Matrix driver brought me to Yonkers for overnight & arranged to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to try LGA again. Fantastic service accommodating to my needs in this less-than-ideal situation.

Dependable and Understading I have used Matrix many times over the years. They have always been on time (early really) and made pick-ups from JFK a breeze. On my most recent trip my plane had to make an emergency landing at a different airport and it was hours before I arrived at my final destination. Matrix was understanding and did not charge me for the delay and made sure someone was there to pick me up when my plane finally got in. I recommend them to all!
