I’ve had enough! I have been a loyal customer for years. I withstood the deception of ordering a black car then having any old car roll up over and over again. Regardless, this was my first international trip in a while and sadly we were stuck in immigration with 3 other flights arriving at the same time. I texted the driver when we landed that once we get our bags, I will call him. It took us over an hour to get out. He kept calling and calling but answering calls in immigration is not allowed. A few days later I see they charged me $40 more than the quote. They claimed it was because I made them wait and did not return the driver’s calls. What?!! I am In immigration!!! Do you think we were in a cafe sipping coffee? I spoke to multiple people at Matrix who gave me the same explanation. Where was this disclosed on the site or my confirmation? They kept saying “well you did not pick up the phone” to which I replied, “well you never left a message!” They obviously do not value a long-time customer so no worries…I’m done and will find someone else. Horrible!

Never stranded Having used Matrix over the years I have always been treated with prompt and courteous service by all drivers but especially by Rafiq. A scheduled flight from LaGuardia was canceled after sitting on the tarmac for nearly 3 hours and trying to re-book after another 3 hours I called Matrix to take me back home expecting another long wait. That was not the case. Rafiq was was dispatched and waiting while I was still navigating the airport and took me home to fly another day. Thanks to all at Matrix.

Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Reliable, professional, polite, clean… I've used Matrix for airport runs for years. They are extremely reliable, plus lately they've installed even more technology to make the experience even smoother. Their drivers are always professional and polite and the cars always clean.

Matrix was excellent when it came to… Matrix was excellent when it came to communication. We received both a text and email to confirm our departure and arrival pickups. Prior to pick up we received a text with our drivers name and license plate of the vehicle. When our departure plane was late, the driver texted us where to meet him. When we arrived, it took us only a few minutes to locate him especially in the typical LGA traffic.
