Early and excellent Our driver showed up a few minutes early which was a relief because we had an earlier flight. He waited in our drive way until we met him outside. He kindly loaded our luggage into his suv. His SUV was in clean, superior condition. No issues with the drive or drop off at JFK. Will use again!

Great, safe driving. We miscalculated how long our trip to the airport would take & as a result risked missing our flight. Our driver recognized the problem immediately and drove aggressively, but very safely, to get us there on time. He recognized slowed traffic and took detours that only an experienced driver would understand. We never felt concern for our safety. Great job. I'd ride with this gentleman anytime!

Flight Delayed 12 hours Javits Center to LaGuardia in mid-afternoon went smoothly. Upon arrival at LGA, I was informed that my flight was delayed 12 hrs, 10 min, meaning it was rescheduled to leave early the next morning. Matrix driver brought me to Yonkers for overnight & arranged to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to try LGA again. Fantastic service accommodating to my needs in this less-than-ideal situation.

His Good Mood was Contagious Last night 12/3, my driver Mohammed was amazing. He was prompt, communicative, helpful and a great driver like all MATRIX drivers.
