Smooth sailing from JFK airport My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.

Driver never arrived Driver never arrived! We had to scramble to get an Uber driver for the 1hr ride in order to make our flight at JFK airport! This was at 5 AM the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No answer on driver's cell phone, or automated notification number, or company supplied number. Still, after 48hrs, no one has contacted me with an apology or explanation. After 10 years of using this service we will be switching companies!

Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location. Although I do not travel often, every time I need your service I can depend on you. You are the best!

Driver arrived early Driver arrived early and brought us to our destination on time. Highly recommend this service. Only issue was received a text and email an hour after drop-off that a driver was waiting to pick us up. Called Matrix and was told it was just a technical issue.
