Driver never arrived Driver never arrived! We had to scramble to get an Uber driver for the 1hr ride in order to make our flight at JFK airport! This was at 5 AM the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No answer on driver's cell phone, or automated notification number, or company supplied number. Still, after 48hrs, no one has contacted me with an apology or explanation. After 10 years of using this service we will be switching companies!

Matrix Limos is Fantastic We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. The drivers are always courteous as well as pleasent and the vehicle is always very clean. We highly recommend Matrix Limos!

Both my trip to the airport and return… Both my trip to the airport and return were excellent. Pick up to the airport was on-time and prompt. Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location. Although I do not travel often, every time I need your service I can depend on you. You are the best!

Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the service… I was very pleased with the prompt and accurate response and courteous service. I accidently entered an incorrect email address and when i called to confirm, the person who responded found my reservation immediately, saw the error, corrected it and I got my confirmation rapidly. The driver was on time, texted me, and the car was clean, without any odors. Very pleased with the service.
