Helbiz SCAM HBZ SCAM Investors been banned from telegram channels who asked technical questions, complained lack of communication and asking question about missing airdrop. Very unhelpful Very unhelpful, I was overcharged and there was nothing they can do about it other than give me a coupon. Do not use this scooter company, I’d kick them all down if it wasn’t illegal.

Rode me into the poor house Rode the scooter for 16 minutes and used the "pause" option. Only put $10 on the Helbiz wallet but they decided to charge me even when I wasn't riding the stupid thing. Someone was able to take the scooters when they were paused (and while we were still charged for the scooters btw) total bill on my bank account was $43 for a $16 scooter ride. Now they won't give me a refund and have told me to "be more careful in the future" ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL. I am currently contacting my credit card company for fraudulent activity.

Beware of the “day pass” Beware of the “day pass”! Apparently it is only for four separate 30 minute rides. We rode for 61 minutes so only the first 30 minutes was covered under the $9.99 day pass fee and we were charged for the other 31 minutes. When we contacted support they told us there was nothing they could do and we should have ended our ride at 30 minutes and started a new one. How does that make sense???
