Highly recommend Rental pickup/drop off in Vancouver, Canada. The service was excellent. I had to call in to hold my reservation with flight delays which was honored. Pickup & drop off was done timely by polite, professional staff in clean vehicles. Staff drove safely. The rental vehicle was in good condition & served well without a problem. The pricing was so much better than the high cost rentals available at the airport.

Charged double the initial price The car was good but the communication process around insurance cost was terrible. I paid $150 at the checkout, where nothing was saying about the additional costs I’d have to pay on site. I ended up paying $300 nonrefundable. It’s a ripoff.

Don't make your customers wait two… Don't make your customers wait two hours to rent a vehicle and let them know up front they need an insurance policy page. In addition, let them know they need a huge deposit to rent a vehicle. Lastly, clean up the building, it's dirty.

Unexpected conditions in the contract. They never show in detail all the charges about the mandatory insurance of 29 dollars per day also if you already paid the 10 dollars insurance online. They didn’t tell nothing about the 15 dollars of tolls per day and their policies of penalize you if you don’t use it. Finally you have to wait like 20 minutes per customer in the front desk, I think is because anyone wanted to accept those conditions.

The guys were all great The guys were all great. We got a clean vehicle with minor damage but kinda to be expected where we were. The vehicle damage was clearly described in the inspection before we went through it so they do a great job at inspecting before and after the car is dropped off. All their vehicles are nice and I'm grateful for the kind service.
