GBThe process to get the car took an hour… The process to get the car took an hour to an hour and a half and I found the process very inefficient and cumbersome. The shuttle was very inconvenient. Upon return, we almost missed our flight because it took so long for a shuttle to return from the airport to take us to the terminal. Fees for toll roads were not disclosed upon reservation which was very frustrating and added additional fees. Overall very disappointed and probably wouldn’t use this company again.

GBNo pre notice that needed to bring an… No pre notice that needed to bring an insurance card with you . Added an extra 25 per day for insurance even though i have insurance . No other rental car company has this policy. Very unprofessional staff. Rudest I’ve ever encounter. And i rent cars at least once per month. Ending price was 300% more than quoted on orbitz.

GBI have been renting vehicles for 50… I have been renting vehicles for 50 years and have never had to pay additional auto insurance until Next Car. My insurance agent said we were covered up to $100,000 but Next Car would not accept it and made us pay an additional $149.00. When I tried to get a refund I was told that once I signed the contract I could not get a refund. I had already paid for the car through Priceline and I had been waiting for an hour to get the car. It was an expensive lesson learned but I will not be returning to next Car again.

GBDo not rent from this company they scam… Do not rent from this company they scam you. I brought my car insurance declaration page as instructed which I have great coverage on it. They claim that insurance company which was Plymouth Rock a well none company they don't use their insurance. I had to purchase Next Car company insurance or I couldn't get the rent a car. It cost me an additional $450.00 a week for insurance then they told me I had to my the toll responder or couldn't drive on the highway for another additional $100.00.

CAReceptionist at Tampa Bay airport… Receptionist at Tampa Bay airport counter April 14 was friendly, efficient, and most pleasant to deal with. The female attendant in the garage on same date noticed I had left my laptop on the floor outside the booth and followed me to return it. Very grateful!
