CAReceptionist at Tampa Bay airport… Receptionist at Tampa Bay airport counter April 14 was friendly, efficient, and most pleasant to deal with. The female attendant in the garage on same date noticed I had left my laptop on the floor outside the booth and followed me to return it. Very grateful!

GBA few surprises!! A efficient check in ......however a couple of surprises like temporary rental deposit150.00 charge on your credit card until the car is returned then its been over a week and NO refund of that charge yet!! You must remember to bring your own insurance evidence or you will have to take theirs...luckily I had phone app with my insurance info!! Lots of extra fee charges!!

GBUnexpected conditions in the contract. They never show in detail all the charges about the mandatory insurance of 29 dollars per day also if you already paid the 10 dollars insurance online. They didn’t tell nothing about the 15 dollars of tolls per day and their policies of penalize you if you don’t use it. Finally you have to wait like 20 minutes per customer in the front desk, I think is because anyone wanted to accept those conditions.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Supervisors/managers don't know what they're doing. Wanted to extend my rental and was charged twice as much. Insurance policy is ridiculous - they "force" you to use their insurance even when you have supporting document when you want to use your own insurance. Never again. Terrible car rental company.

CAThe staff were not friendly The staff were not friendly, I have rental car insurance on my credit card and my own personal car insurance that I pay extra for for out of country rental cars and I was made to pay for insurance for the car. When I tried to explain he would cut me off and not even let me speak. I would have canceled it but I needed the car to get to my destination.
