GBSeems like a catch Seems like a catch, you guys offer this good deal and when you getting on the place there are a lots of requirements, about what insurance company you have. Its kind pushing you to get yours insurance that sometimes it is more expensive than the rent itself. Also the quality of the cars are bad. Worn-out cars and sometimes not very clean. Not talking about the rudeness of the counter personal treating you like a tug.

GBI was told the price to select Nextcar… I was told the price to select Nextcar fuel plan on drop off. My party got it a well but when I called the rep remembered me and my party for the 2 vehicles we secured. However I was charged for full fuel cost and for an empty tank as well. Never got a response back and it’s close impossible to get live person on the phone.

UACharged double the initial price The car was good but the communication process around insurance cost was terrible. I paid $150 at the checkout, where nothing was saying about the additional costs I’d have to pay on site. I ended up paying $300 nonrefundable. It’s a ripoff.

CAThe staff were not friendly The staff were not friendly, I have rental car insurance on my credit card and my own personal car insurance that I pay extra for for out of country rental cars and I was made to pay for insurance for the car. When I tried to explain he would cut me off and not even let me speak. I would have canceled it but I needed the car to get to my destination.

GBThe guys were all great The guys were all great. We got a clean vehicle with minor damage but kinda to be expected where we were. The vehicle damage was clearly described in the inspection before we went through it so they do a great job at inspecting before and after the car is dropped off. All their vehicles are nice and I'm grateful for the kind service.
