The location was way off the airport The location was way off the airport. When we got to the location, they started to add on extra fees. I had bought the extra insurance upon booking, they said that didn’t cover everything and they didn’t take our own insurance. They wanted to pre charge for toll fees. When I questioned the extra insurance, they said, “you can just cancel”. I asked about a refund, they said you’ll have to thru the renting agency. We cancelled, finally got back to the airport and rented from Enterprise. Less learned!!

Price doubled from what I expected The additional charges I experienced were not clearly explained before I booked. The sound was garbled and not being able to see the words I was agreeing to before I signed led to misunderstandings that more than doubled the price I was expecting. Charging more due to my age I felt was discriminatory. I will not use you again and warn others of your practices.

I like that we got a good car for the… I like that we got a good car for the initially quoted price. What could be improved - we expected a subcompact but got a large sedan, it took us about 3 hours to get the car including 2 shuttles, a long registration line, and a pretty inconvenient garage to get in and out.

This company lies This company lies! We booked on Orbitz which took our AMEX to book and when we arrived they told us they don't accept American Express. Then they told us they would not let us use our own car insurance. They required us to purchase theirs for hundreds of dollars more than our car rental. They have the scam down. Charge a very low base rate for the car and then rip off customers with a required "insurance". NEVER EVER book here!!!! We left the office and had to get an uber back to the airport to get a car from a reputable company - Hertz.

Will definitely use again! Ease of getting the car and return was much appreciated. Car was clean and ran great. Only complaint; we paid for a 7 passenger and ultimately, could only use 6 seats because the rear seat belt had been knotted to the point it could not be used.
