What could be improved - we expected a subcompact but got a large sedan, it took us about 3 hours to get the car including 2 shuttles, a long registration line, and a pretty inconvenient garage to get in and out.

Was trapped to buy third party… Was trapped to buy third party insurance and freeway toll. Been renting from other companies for years and never have to buy insurance. I have full coverage from StateFarm and have EZ pass online account so there was no need for them to charge me again for another over $200 after I paid the regular rental charge online. I will never rent from this company ever again.

Your company canceled my reservation… Your company canceled my reservation because I was one hour late for pickup. My flight was delayed in New York witch I Told them Also, I was waiting 20 minutes at the stand for ride pickup then I called for the pickup 10 minutes later your company called me back and told me. Thay canceled my reservation and Thay had no cars to rent me unfortunately I have given you 1 star I would like to give you a big Goose egg.

The location was way off the airport The location was way off the airport. When we got to the location, they started to add on extra fees. I had bought the extra insurance upon booking, they said that didn’t cover everything and they didn’t take our own insurance. They wanted to pre charge for toll fees. When I questioned the extra insurance, they said, “you can just cancel”. I asked about a refund, they said you’ll have to thru the renting agency. We cancelled, finally got back to the airport and rented from Enterprise. Less learned!!

Will definitely use again! Ease of getting the car and return was much appreciated. Car was clean and ran great. Only complaint; we paid for a 7 passenger and ultimately, could only use 6 seats because the rear seat belt had been knotted to the point it could not be used.
