We are so so Disappointed!!! We are so, so Disappointed!!! Payment was made & Car was to be delivered in February, THREE scheduled & Missed appointments later (without even a phone call) the car was delivered in April. 1st month we drove extra miles knowing we're going on vacation next month & the car will be parked. Still, we got hit with $500+ over milage fee (including additional full month of insurance fee). Yes, they monitor your mileage in real time & charge for going over the milage... This is BAD Business, and Bad deal!! We're very Disappointed, and will be returning the car ASAP. Judy

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE Canceled my 3-year subscription less than 12 months in out of nowhere due to "unforeseen economic circumstances." I had no issues with payments and car was being operated in perfect condition. They are clearly a start-up with no idea how to make a budget or run a trustworthy business. Recalled every subscription given out during 2022 across the country, no exceptions, because they're not making enough $$ on them. I should have known better. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Extremely Shady More of what the reviews below are saying. Had an agreement for 3 years, and suddenly being told to return my Equinox within 10 days! Also they used to offer preventative maintenance as part of the deal and quietly removed that. Some people also had to find their own insurance. The company is going downhill, and to any potential customer: don't!

Do not believe their hype - STAY AWAY Do not believe their hype. It really is too good to be true. Same story as other reviews. We started our subscription last April, and it was supposed to be for 36 months. To stave off insolvency because they over-promised and are under-delivering, they're demanding the car back and offering terrible terms to make us whole. They want us to pay them to come pick it up the car even though termination was not initiated by us. They've never fully delivered on their promises, slowly diminishing their end of the deal over the last year until this final straw. They've clearly shown they do not care about their customers or living up to their own hype.
