I am loving my car from Drive Go I am loving my car from Drive Go. I've had it almost 3 months now. The transaction and delivery was smooth.Only hiccups we had was insurance quote that was given she charged was little off, not by much. Also tag process is taking little longer and expected, I still have not received the tag in the mail but they make sure you have most updated temporarily tag in hand so you can continue to drive. I hope they add more cars in the inventory so I can switch to different one in the future.

I reiterate all of the bait and switch… I reiterate all of the bait and switch tactics users have mentioned below. 1) No response from Go or ability to work with me when I received my notice to return car. It was pretty much, "tough luck".2.) No incentives to continue to use their service given how the inconvenience. 3.) I work in finance and understand the CFPB complaints should be taken seriously. I mentioned this to GO (as I logged a complaint) and there was no response. I understand the market condictions, but truly baffling how they expect to make it as a start up with this customer experience.

Do not believe their hype - STAY AWAY Do not believe their hype. It really is too good to be true. Same story as other reviews. We started our subscription last April, and it was supposed to be for 36 months. To stave off insolvency because they over-promised and are under-delivering, they're demanding the car back and offering terrible terms to make us whole. They want us to pay them to come pick it up the car even though termination was not initiated by us. They've never fully delivered on their promises, slowly diminishing their end of the deal over the last year until this final straw. They've clearly shown they do not care about their customers or living up to their own hype.

Seamless Process of Getting a New Car The entire process -- from ordering a vehicle to having it delivered -- was pretty seamless. An account manager was assigned to me and it's great to be able to call or text with any questions. He responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. As many others have stated, they've simplified what used to be a painful ordeal -- getting a new car. Although they're a young company it seems like they have their act together. Their car selection keeps on getting better by the month and I hope they offer EVs in the near future!

The quote "Too good to be true" is… The quote "Too good to be true" is fishy in this case. The terms of the contract will always favor the business, not the individual. They provided a quick notice to return the car due to unfavorable business conditions. I kept the accumulated miles over having year+: planning to keep the car for three years. But I was asked to return the vehicle within ten days and give up my miles (more than three months of underutilized for free). No extension, pathetic location to return, and asked not to write bad reviews for one monthly fee, which I didn't agree to, so another customer truly understands the business model here. Just be aware of what you are getting into with this drivego. You end up with better deals with leasing in the longer run than this subscription model.
