Looking for a reason to deny me help!!! I was happy to get a live person. I am disappointed that my repair was denied due to rust or corrosion. I live in a State where this is unavoidable. This makes me apprehensive about our future relationship. If you are going to deny a claim, and I have paid you on time every month for over a year is very disappointing to me. Are you here just to take my money? How can you offer me a piece of mind if I have to fear if you will stand behind me in a time of need????

Worse company ever Worse company ever. I was told my vehicle needed a transmission. I use Carshield My contact list it covers transmissions. American Auto Shield told me my claim was denied because it was for an electronic part. Now I cant get my vehicle fixed These companies should be shut down because they rip people off.
