Was very hard to get their email address which by the way is monitored 24/7 and an instant reply is what they promise. Well, I haven't heard back from them yet. I've given them 1 star only because the choice of no stars isnt available, I wish it was.

Don't get involved with these cowboys!! I should have read these reviews before ordering so have just lost a tenner to these bandits. Have been sent an incomplete download and not at all what I ordered so have been well and truly rogered here. Warning to others- don't bother with these cowboys.🤨

Bought Manual £10...Paid £5 for remote installation assistance...got a Word document back saying, quote "Thank you for your remote assistance payment. Please download, install and open team viewer: ****wwwteamviewercom**** Install to allow remote access to your PC and for personal use. Let me know the ID and Password it provides you (located on the left side). I can then log on and assist with installing your manual. Avoid like the plague I think this crowd are net bandits. I paid for a manual and they sent four download links each to a part of the file and each time all files hit around 400mb they failed despite numerous attempts. The size of the files is bafflingly huge, a PDF manual should be around 10mb /90mb in total. After checking multiple review sites it seems this is how this website operates and as such is a waste of money and time. As an additional concern my PC antivirus found issues with the word document giving me concern as to what it would find in the 4 part file download. All in all a hopelessly unproductive experience that leaves you without a manual and without the money you paid for one. Avoid like the plague.

bad company purchased manual for 2010 mitsubishi shogun claiming it covered a broad range of years. Only info contained was from early years. Customer service told me to contact via email explaining situation and to ask for a refund, no response and refund not issued.
