Okay, nothing special June 2021. What DWM don't say on the order form is that it's best to place the order using the computer on which the VW manuals and elsawin tool will be used. I used an old tablet to place the order and when I used my main PC to open the order confirmation email I found the file download links didn't work. My emails to dwm were answered in the evening and Chat wasn't working.

Searching for the Holy Grail is easier than this.... This has to have been the most diffiuclt purchasing experience of my 59 years on this planet. Be sure you have accees to massive disk space required - I have even bought a extra hard drive to try to make this work And b hopefully get Bill Gates on speed dial, because trust me, you are going to need him....(or The Samaritans) depending on the level of success. ok, so lets call Samaritans, wish me luck........

Doesn't work, no support Software doesn't work after downloading. Email address to contact no longer works. Facebook page unresponsive. No Live Chat support on the page as advertised. Waste of money.

Bought Manual £10...Paid £5 for remote installation assistance...got a Word document back saying, quote "Thank you for your remote assistance payment. Please download, install and open team viewer: ****wwwteamviewercom**** Install to allow remote access to your PC and for personal use. Let me know the ID and Password it provides you (located on the left side). I can then log on and assist with installing your manual.
