When it is almost finished downloading it suddenly shows an web error. So it was all the times i tried to download. They only take your money.

Okay, nothing special June 2021. What DWM don't say on the order form is that it's best to place the order using the computer on which the VW manuals and elsawin tool will be used. I used an old tablet to place the order and when I used my main PC to open the order confirmation email I found the file download links didn't work. My emails to dwm were answered in the evening and Chat wasn't working.

Avoid like the plague I think this crowd are net bandits. I paid for a manual and they sent four download links each to a part of the file and each time all files hit around 400mb they failed despite numerous attempts. The size of the files is bafflingly huge, a PDF manual should be around 10mb /90mb in total. After checking multiple review sites it seems this is how this website operates and as such is a waste of money and time. As an additional concern my PC antivirus found issues with the word document giving me concern as to what it would find in the 4 part file download. All in all a hopelessly unproductive experience that leaves you without a manual and without the money you paid for one. Avoid like the plague.
