CATakes a little time to get paperwork… Takes a little time to get paperwork together, proof of origin, US customs invoice, PAPS #, BOL and Pro#, and power of attorney. From knowing nothing to do this is took me a few days from start to finish, but crossed the border with no issues!

CAClearitUSA Held Up My Business Operations I started with ClearitUSA about a month ago thinking it would help me simplify a complicated process. It did not, customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to find another solution. Bottom line is Clearit stalled my business operations and that just isn't acceptable.

CAI am a first time user. I am a first time user. I was a bit concerned not being able to speak directly with a person by phone, however once I navigated thru the required documents the entry went very smoothly. I could not locate a blank commercial invoice form to fill out for this shipment on the web site. Something you might want to consider. My shipment was a bit unusual as the items being imported into the USA were going to be serviced and returned to me in Canada.

CYNo customer service just bureaucracy Clearit is asking for verification and changes since one week and the ship left this morning. Fortunatly I found another customs broker who helped me quickly. I would give 0 stars for this customer service. 3 days before the ship left I wrote them so many urgent emails and still they bother around with none-sense. Sorry guys, you failed so hard!

NZClearit is a game changer when it comes… Clearit is a game changer when it comes to the complicated and opaque world of international shipping and clearance. My only minor gripe is, even though the system is pretty streamlined, a few well thought out Loom videos showing new-comers the process and steps would be invaluable.
