Plus, one has to provide tax ID numbers and power of attorney. So, high risk identity information, plus the unfamiliar terms for shipping documents make the process scary. The potential for errors is high, along with costs and time delay. There was no information to guide first time users. In the end, my shipment arrived as expected.

My only minor gripe is, even though the system is pretty streamlined, a few well thought out Loom videos showing new-comers the process and steps would be invaluable.

No customer service just bureaucracy Clearit is asking for verification and changes since one week and the ship left this morning. Fortunatly I found another customs broker who helped me quickly. I would give 0 stars for this customer service. 3 days before the ship left I wrote them so many urgent emails and still they bother around with none-sense. Sorry guys, you failed so hard!
