GBEverything went smoothly and quickly, but feedback is sparse. Everything went smoothly and quickly. As a first time cross boarder shipper, that was key. What could have been improved was the sharing documentation with me, as all I got was an invoice that said everything was fine. Actually seeing the documents that were sent to customs and the trucking company would have gave me more confidence in the process.

GBTheir customer service cmmunication is awful Their customer service cmmunication is awful. My first time importing from overseas and it's very difficult getting answers for things I don't understand. Trying to search their site is very difficult as well and constantly give not found messages. Even logging in is difficult. If you go to clear it .com, there's no place to sign in just sign up, and they don't have an app. I ended up finding a independent customs broker because it was so aggravating through this platform. At least I get my questions answered right away and and explained.

PFCearit is very good. Clearit was communicative and fast to respond to al questions. I would reccomend them to anyone. Why try to learn the details of freight clearance when you will do it one time? No mistakes, no serious effort on my part and it went perfectly.

GBI was very appreciative with how quick… I was very appreciative with how quick and responsive everyone was with my customs entry. This was my first time clearing an inbound Ocean shipment and Clearit USA was amazing. I will use them again.

CAClearitUSA Held Up My Business Operations I started with ClearitUSA about a month ago thinking it would help me simplify a complicated process. It did not, customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to find another solution. Bottom line is Clearit stalled my business operations and that just isn't acceptable.
