Just received and had our glass barn… Just received and had our glass barn door from Otto & Sohn installed today. Great experience overall. The door looks and works great. Omar was very helpful with questions regarding installation . The video from YouTube that he provided was of great assistance to our contractor. Definitely recommending Otto & Sohn.

Great Quality and Service We bought two sets of sliding doors for some closets in our Santa Fe home. Although there were some hiccups along the way, including some serious shipping damage, Mabell and the team at Glass-Doors were very supportive and took care of the issues as efficiently as possible. It was worth it,. The doors are high quality and look great. Even our contractor was impressed by the construction and quality.

Customer service a disappointment I ordered a glass door in the Spring and received it in unbroken condition in a timely manner. The appearance and quality of the glass was great. Unfortunately my contractor was very off on his estimate and the door wasn't installed until Dec. 2023. The quality of the hanging hardware is almost as good HOWEVER we found that two of four necessary bolts for hanging the door were the wrong size (14mm instead of 13mm) -- no one noticed this on visual inspection as the eye cannot readily discern between 13 and 14. I contacted Otto & Sons because the door could not be installed without these custom bolts. And, as requested I followed up with an email and photos. They NEVER responded despite assuring me that they would get back to me in a day. The other thing I'd say about glass-door.us is that their 3-day period during which one can inspect the door for defects is way, way too short. I cannot recommend this company because of this limitation. No one is likely to install a delivered glass door that quickly! We were lucky … but you may not be as lucky.

BEWARE This is by far the WORST buying… BEWARE This is by far the WORST buying experience I have ever had. I have built and renovated multiple homes, have worked with dozens of companies. Ordered a glass door. It took super long to ship. Arrived in good shape. When my installer installed it (professional), they noticed the bore holes to slide the door did not match the website description. This was noticed after it was hung - sometimes things like this aren’t noticed until worked on. Totally common. I tried to contact the company for a solution. They refuse to work out anything, are harassing and aggressive in their communications, and refuse to take ownership for their product issue. TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY. There is no way this company will stay in business with operating principles and personnel like this.

Excellent customer service Customer services was the best. Mabell ensured my order was complete and delivered as timely as could be expected for a custom order. My first door arrived shattered and Otto & Sohn worked with the delivery company to ship a new door within in a few weeks. From my original order to delivery of the second door was about 9 weeks. One note, I ordered the door with the handle hardware but it didn't allow me to slide the door all the way open or closed so I bought two flat shower door grips from Amazon and they worked perfectly...thank goodness. Thanks Mabell!
