GBBeautiful product and great service! We recently purchased a decorative frosted glass sliding door from Omar at Otto & Sohn to cover the opening to the laundry room. Omar explained the process over the phone and we placed our order online. It arrived when we were told it would and was carefully packaged. The hardware we chose was on backorder, but Maria in Customer Service kept us informed and responded quickly when we emailed her with questions. Everyone at Omar & Son was helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We love our new door!

GBWorking with Omar at Otto & Sohn USA Working with Omar at Otto & Sohn USA was an excellent experience. We ordered two oversized doors for our closets. Omar kept us informed of the status and tracking of the doors. The doors arrived in mostly excellent condition -- the shipper had damaged the packaging and one door had a slight small dent. Omar asked if we wanted to return the door or take a discount which we took. The door are sturdy and we receive lots of compliments.

GBGreat Quality and Service We bought two sets of sliding doors for some closets in our Santa Fe home. Although there were some hiccups along the way, including some serious shipping damage, Mabell and the team at Glass-Doors were very supportive and took care of the issues as efficiently as possible. It was worth it,. The doors are high quality and look great. Even our contractor was impressed by the construction and quality.

GBThey took our money and have not sent door. Ordered a door the beginning of June, was told it could take 67 days, it’s now going on 100. They will not answer the phone. They emailed us the middle of August to day it was ready to be shipped, never received a tracking number. Two more time when we called we were told it was in the warehouse waiting for a carrier to pick it up. Then they just quit answering the phone when we called to check on the tracking info. Still waiting. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with this company. I noticed 25% of there reviews were similar to our experience. Don’t be their next casualty.
