Excellent customer service Customer services was the best. Mabell ensured my order was complete and delivered as timely as could be expected for a custom order. My first door arrived shattered and Otto & Sohn worked with the delivery company to ship a new door within in a few weeks. From my original order to delivery of the second door was about 9 weeks. One note, I ordered the door with the handle hardware but it didn't allow me to slide the door all the way open or closed so I bought two flat shower door grips from Amazon and they worked perfectly...thank goodness. Paid 1500 dollars for a double sided… Paid 1500 dollars for a double sided mirror and pocket door with frame and hardware, waited around 3 months and this is what arrived. Just a pocket door with a shattered mirror: no hardware, no frame

Glass door shattered with first used Customer service was horrible. Told us to expect doors in a month and didn't deliver until after 3 months. The doors were thinner than expected and after install (professionally) in our newly built adu the glass were shattered after first use injuring our family. This is the first time I have ever seen a glass door shattered and it was a traumatic experience. I cannot vouch for the quality of these doors.

Working with Omar at Otto & Sohn USA Working with Omar at Otto & Sohn USA was an excellent experience. We ordered two oversized doors for our closets. Omar kept us informed of the status and tracking of the doors. The doors arrived in mostly excellent condition -- the shipper had damaged the packaging and one door had a slight small dent. Omar asked if we wanted to return the door or take a discount which we took. The door are sturdy and we receive lots of compliments.

Not a company to deal with This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product. Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product. We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe. Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever
