GBGreat door; not so great delivery Real happy with the door. Super high quality. Dimensions perfect. Customer service rep easy to work with. My only complaint is the delivery service they used (Estes), taking a month to get here, sitting at ports for days at a time, scheduling a Saturday delivery that didn't come, losing all track of the order, then finding it after we'd begun a refund request. Then after the delivery was made, we received two more calls about a pending delivery. Again, no complaints with Otto & Sohn. Happy with the end result – the journey notwithstanding.

GBDon’t do any business with this company We ordered a door in July. It was shipped in October but the shipping company never delivered it because it was poorly packaged. We were told that a new door would be shipped to us within 20-25 days. After another delay and zero confirmation of when we’d get a new door, we decided to cancel the order. At this point they are not answering our calls or emails. Obviously they have no intention of give us a refund or a door.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience! Glass door edge was chipped and on a set of double doors, they were different sizes. No help and simply did not return any phone calls!

GBNot a company to deal with This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product. Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product. We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe. Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever
