Beautiful sliding barn door for contemporary remodel Three years ago, we bought a glass-panel, sliding barn door from Otto & Sohn for our bathroom remodel. The door was the perfect complement to our contemporary design, and we enjoyed going through the huge selection of possibilities to find exactly the right design for us. It is much higher quality than anything I was able to find locally, and the price point was excellent. The door arrived right on time and in perfect condition. It has held up beautifully over time, not scratching or smudging like other products. We have also received excellent customer service from Otto & Sohn. Highly recommend!

Great Quality and Service We bought two sets of sliding doors for some closets in our Santa Fe home. Although there were some hiccups along the way, including some serious shipping damage, Mabell and the team at Glass-Doors were very supportive and took care of the issues as efficiently as possible. It was worth it,. The doors are high quality and look great. Even our contractor was impressed by the construction and quality.

Paid 1500 dollars for a double sided… Paid 1500 dollars for a double sided mirror and pocket door with frame and hardware, waited around 3 months and this is what arrived. Just a pocket door with a shattered mirror: no hardware, no frame

Not a company to deal with This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product. Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product. We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe. Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever

Don’t do any business with this company We ordered a door in July. It was shipped in October but the shipping company never delivered it because it was poorly packaged. We were told that a new door would be shipped to us within 20-25 days. After another delay and zero confirmation of when we’d get a new door, we decided to cancel the order. At this point they are not answering our calls or emails. Obviously they have no intention of give us a refund or a door.
