In all fairness, however I did find the technician's accent difficult for these 93 year old ears to understand and the telephone audio was somewhat broken up. Things probably took a little longer to accomplish because of repeated questions of requests for my inputs. Final outcome however was five star.

Both techs listened and solved problems...one with a document camera and one with final cut pro...neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscription is totally worth it...things seem to come up all the time...not usually broken...but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occasionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.
