The two gentlemen were great The two gentlemen were great and so helpful to this old lady. Especially Kyle who worked long and hard to get the program that I had paid for but could not get downloaded on my computer.

The person I worked with The person I worked with, Tony, was efficient, knowledgeable, straight-forward and kind. The tech, who I only met as a cursor on the screen and a little chat, really seemed to know what he was doing. As I am not a techie, I can only trust that what they did was sufficient to solve the problem.

Solved problem efficiently and quickly Title tells it all. In all fairness, however I did find the technician's accent difficult for these 93 year old ears to understand and the telephone audio was somewhat broken up. Things probably took a little longer to accomplish because of repeated questions of requests for my inputs. Final outcome however was five star.

Had to deal with paypal with that. Otherwise, the computer is fixed. If I have problems with this older computer I will contact you again!

So far so good So far so good. Only criticism is that I had to speak to a number of people before issue was resolved. In addition, one person told me I could walk away from computer and he would call me when done. He did not. I looked at computer and saw that he had signed out. Unacceptable!
