GBWe have used ZonSupport since 2017 and… We have used ZonSupport since 2017 and have seen massive changes in our Amazon business since then. You really need your outsource partner to have your back so that as Amazon changes the rules, they have flexibility (and often deeper insight) into what you should do. We get as much value from ZonSupport managing our day to day customer inquiries and admin as we do from them alerting us to changes and giving us their recommendation. If you are looking for a true outsource partner, they should be at the top of your list. Regards Michael
