I was having a billing issue after I… I was having a billing issue after I thought I had cancelled my account. I contacted customer service and Joke helped me out. I don't know if I will receive a full refund but I was treated very professionally and promptly. Joke did an outstanding customer service job, now we will see if MetroFax will be able to refund the amounts I feel I was overcharged. No matter the outcome, the customer service was excellent.

I love using Metrofax I love using Metrofax! I didn't realize it, but my account got cancelled due to nonpayment because my credit card got compromised this summer. I used the Chat feature on Metrofax.com and spoke with Glaiza. Glaiza was awesome and solved the problem rather quickly and now I'm back up running using Metrofax for all my business faxing needs. Glaiza even got my same fax number back and was able to save me money by paying annually.
