GBI was having trouble getting my fax to go through to a "non restricted number"… I was having trouble getting my fax to go through, stating that it was being sent to a "restricted" number. I have used that fax number before...but I didn't remember to put a "1" in front of the fax number to send, although it was a local number I was faxing to. Lyra P. at metrofax quickly helped me to resolve my problem through Metrofax Chat Services. I really appreciated her valuable and friendly assistance. Metrofax services have been "GREAT"!!

"Chris I" is an outstanding customer service representative. "Chris I" helped me identify my account usage, gave me suggestions to upgrade my plan, and assisted me with the upgrade. GBSurprised to get decent chat service & fast My chat 'person' Glenn R. was very helpful and quickly helped me get my account number and sent me a welcome e-mail so I could log into my account. Once you get past the robot the person is helpful to your specific issue. I still prefer a customer service representative - there is e-mail as well, chat is better than e-mail, live phone rep is better than chat. What can I say - I like personal service when I can talk to someone. Glenn R however got the job done well!

GBI love using Metrofax I love using Metrofax! I didn't realize it, but my account got cancelled due to nonpayment because my credit card got compromised this summer. I used the Chat feature on Metrofax.com and spoke with Glaiza. Glaiza was awesome and solved the problem rather quickly and now I'm back up running using Metrofax for all my business faxing needs. Glaiza even got my same fax number back and was able to save me money by paying annually.

GBGlenn R Glenn R. assisted me canceling my husband's account. My husband passed away and I no longer needed the account and Glenn was very helpful with my request. He took the time to explain he was in other chats and that his responses could take a little longer. He was very courteous and kind. I had no experience with Metrofax until needing to cancel.
