GBI was having a billing issue after I… I was having a billing issue after I thought I had cancelled my account. I contacted customer service and Joke helped me out. I don't know if I will receive a full refund but I was treated very professionally and promptly. Joke did an outstanding customer service job, now we will see if MetroFax will be able to refund the amounts I feel I was overcharged. No matter the outcome, the customer service was excellent.

GBMy Experience with Metrofax What started out as a billing question turned into education for this older consumer. Spoke with a gentleman named Glenn R. He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Kudos to Metrofax for having this fine employee!

He took the time to explain he was in other chats and that his responses could take a little longer. He was very courteous and kind. I had no experience with Metrofax until needing to cancel. He made the experience easy with no hassles.

He can't help that he has to do so many chats simultaneously, like all the poor chat humans. That was more than just pressing a button and acknowledging that I meant it suggests that one should not do business with MetroFax.

GBGreat customer service Email was responded to within 1-2 hours, very short time. The rep listened to my concern and offered the suggestions to remedy the issue for me. He took the time to provide the information to me, in which I was able to make a decision within a few minutes and the issue was resolved. He even went out of his way to ask management for a credit on my behalf! Who does that anymore?? GREAT customer service. I deal with offices and people all day, every day, you don't find truly good customer service anywhere anymore. This was great.
