GBThe plush was a wonderful quality! The plush was a wonderful quality, it didn't take too long to get (4-5 weeks) considering it was customized down to the outfit. I was very happy with the softness, stitching and the general likeness to my grandson. I sent 3 pictures of him and specified that I wanted him to have a round face, nicely defined eyebrows, dark hair & smiling. I also said that I wanted his skin to be a dark tan/bronzed since he has a nice dark tan complexion. I specifically asked for a Guns & Roses hoodie, which they did a great job with! They did a wonderful job except for the skin color which I wish was darker. I would have attached photos but I can't see how to do that here.

GBabsolutely perfect i ordered a jumbo plushie from them and i couldnt be happier with the result. it is the perfect size to cuddle up with at night, and is super super soft. my character had a bunch of little details that were all taken care of and then some. i love my little buddy and hope to order another plushie soon.

GBGood construction. Wrong color. Missing Design Elements I received my order earlier this week and was disappointed in the final product. I have reached out to customer support but have not gotten a response. The fur color is not what I had shown in the reference photo, rather than a dark grey to black the color is a purple hue grey. As well the details I specifically asked for in the notes on the order were missed. There was supposed to be faux fur around the neck and chest but is missing. Overall the construction looks great but the color is wrong and details I specifically asked for are not there.
