Disgusting scam Disgusting scam. Signed for " free trial", cancelled yet they took two months of "payments" off my card. Illegal! My bank now investigating possible fraud. No invoices, again illegal. Customer service laughable, rude you name it. Was told by them today they will only refund if I cancel my bank investigating. Heck no! They have broken so many laws.

100% Scam on 14 day trial, hit my credit card on the 13th day. I did the 14-day free trial. Per the terms; "call anytime in the 14 day to not be charged and stop the subscription" I called on the 14th day. It turns out that on the 13th day my credit card had already been charged and Customer Service refuses to refund me. This is ABSOLUTELY a fraudulent company, I wish I had researched better up front. I see from the other complaints that the company will offer as a response, their customer service phone numbers. I spoke to their customer service, via chat and three phone calls. There is no resolution from customer service.

Now that I’ve reported them to the fraud department and told people my story and I saw their post on Facebook for people to buy their products. I commented on their post and warned others from being scammed and to watch their bank accounts as they charge more than what they tell you as well as go by other names as well. I saw their post again and I am NOT surprised but they blocked me from writing a negative post again. It just goes to show you how they obviously have done this before in order to block someone’s true opinion. Protect yourself from this company. Protect your bank account and please people be careful. Worth the trial price Worth the trial price Even after reading the bad reviews, soething about it sounded good and I have had no regrets about buying the cream and the serum for a good trial price. The cream and serum are very nice products, no bad reactions or breakouts of spots, soaks nicely into my skin. I was curious about cancelling too which I did, not because I didn't like the product but because I didn't want to be committed to buying it all the time and the process was simple and uncomplicated with no further charges being made either. All in all it has been a good experience for me.
