Disgusting scam Disgusting scam. Signed for " free trial", cancelled yet they took two months of "payments" off my card. Illegal! My bank now investigating possible fraud. No invoices, again illegal. Customer service laughable, rude you name it. Was told by them today they will only refund if I cancel my bank investigating. Heck no! They have broken so many laws.

I subscribed I tried the free trial of the Essence of Argan and the results was amazing! As I regularly using it morning and evening the 30ML will last me over a month so I decided to subscribed every month and they provided me a discount of $29.99 and the company given me a free gift every shipment. Best recommended Argan Oil!

100% Scam on 14 day trial, hit my credit card on the 13th day. I did the 14-day free trial. Per the terms; "call anytime in the 14 day to not be charged and stop the subscription" I called on the 14th day. It turns out that on the 13th day my credit card had already been charged and Customer Service refuses to refund me. This is ABSOLUTELY a fraudulent company, I wish I had researched better up front. I see from the other complaints that the company will offer as a response, their customer service phone numbers. I spoke to their customer service, via chat and three phone calls. There is no resolution from customer service.

You took my rent money You took my rent money. I'm a disabled senior. I only had your product for 3 weeks, didn't even have a chance to see if it worked, let alone want more. I never signed up for a subscription. You didn't even ask about my opinion of your product before you charged me for more. Your fine print is way too small for aging eyes. This is a scam. I'm contacting the BBB.
