Disgusting scam Disgusting scam. Signed for " free trial", cancelled yet they took two months of "payments" off my card. Illegal! My bank now investigating possible fraud. No invoices, again illegal. Customer service laughable, rude you name it. Was told by them today they will only refund if I cancel my bank investigating. Heck no! They have broken so many laws.

Poor customer service My case is similar to some fo the other comments here. I have been charged 69 CAD and so I tried to use the Live chat option on the essence of argan website but did not get any support. I also dropped an email to customer service to get me my money as back as the oil just doesn't work for my skin and I have not seen any response for over week now.
