I never signed up for a subscription. You didn't even ask about my opinion of your product before you charged me for more. Your fine print is way too small for aging eyes. This is a scam. I'm contacting the BBB.

Poor customer service My case is similar to some fo the other comments here. I have been charged 69 CAD and so I tried to use the Live chat option on the essence of argan website but did not get any support. I also dropped an email to customer service to get me my money as back as the oil just doesn't work for my skin and I have not seen any response for over week now.
