Customer Service is Abysmal Customer Service is Abysmal A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though --no additional virtual merchandise was received -- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew -- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal. Not a fan of this business model.

Rebranding of… Aspen Grove Studios This company appears to be a rebranding of Aspen Grove Studios (aspengrovestudios.com). I recommend reading the reviews for Aspen Grove Studios on Trustpilot. To view archived versions of their website for a clean redirect, you can use webarchive. By doing so, you will notice that it is the same company. I do not recommend conducting any business with them due to these shady practices.

Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the… Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the license until I was billed. Cancelled it same day as renewal and requested a refund. They said no despite the fact I have a license for another product with them. I'll be cancelling that license and never purchasing their products again. That's just terrible customer service.

Helpful Support Divi Space support is so helpful. Anytime I've had an issue they have been really quick to respond. I've even gotten responses outside of their written hours. Whether I need a snippet of css to help me solve a problem or help with anything else, they always make me feel good that I reached out.

Surprisingly good support response I had an issue with a plugin not updating due to the license not working, then an issue with the plugin not loading correctly. I sent an email through the contact form and within 5 minutes got a response back. Kamil was my support rep and he was fantastic. He went into the backend of my site quickly and had us taken care of within just a few minutes. Pretty rare to get good plugin support like that these days and I had to leave a review in appreciation. Great job guys and thank you.
