Good plugin's but waiting weeks for… Good plugin's but waiting weeks for support. Need to provide instant chat like Divi and will actually gain more customers for it. More work needs to be put into customer support and care. Products are good and will sell. Just please provide better support for you're products. TAKE A PAGE OUT OF DIVI'S BOOK. 5 Stars IF support fix my problems.

Customer Service is Abysmal Customer Service is Abysmal A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though --no additional virtual merchandise was received -- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew -- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal. Not a fan of this business model.

The best product catalog for Divi They have a rather large catalog, perfectly kept up to date with every patch or new version of Divi (EVERY update). The support is very reactive, attentive and benevolent. They give you tips for things you wouldn't necessarily have thought of and allow you to go further in your projects. Despite the large catalog of products they have, they keep coming out with better, newer, more elaborate, with more features, a redesigned design. They are geniuses. They think of everyone and above all, with their products EVERYTHING can be changed at will.

Very Good Customer Support I originally purchased the Ultimate Divi Bundle when the company was still Aspen Grove Studios. During their transition to Divi Space, my purchase was somehow 'lost' in their system. When I first encountered this issue in 2020, I did not receive any responses to my inquiries, likely due to the pandemic causing disruptions. However, I am pleased to report that WP Zone, the current operator, was highly responsive when I contacted them again this month. Their customer support team provided excellent service, quickly resolving the issues with my purchase. While good products form the foundation of a strong company, great customer service retains loyal customers. Despite the earlier problems, WP Zone turned things around with their attentive support. I now happily recommend them for both their quality offerings and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Lukasz is the man!! I've used Divi Space for many years and recently got some support from Lukasz with one of their plugins so that I could mirror the style of the shop module with the related products as it doesn't do it as standard. Lukasz went the extra mile for me and logged into my site and helped to copy the style across and left me the CSS so I could do it myself next time. Really impressed he did it and it's helped massively. Thanks :-)
