More work needs to be put into customer support and care. Products are good and will sell. Just please provide better support for you're products. TAKE A PAGE OUT OF DIVI'S BOOK. 5 Stars IF support fix my problems.

Forgot to cancel subscription, they didn't refund Never used their service. I completely forgot about the subscription. (they didn't send reminder, guess why.) when I have realized my mistake few hours late. They refused to refund even when they knew I never used their service. This feels very dishonest and sketchy. Good people wouldn't act like this.

Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the… Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the license until I was billed. Cancelled it same day as renewal and requested a refund. They said no despite the fact I have a license for another product with them. I'll be cancelling that license and never purchasing their products again. That's just terrible customer service.

Superior Load Times, Stellar Support I had very high expectations for Divi Space Hosting and happy to say they actually exceded them. The personal support I have recieved from their server administrator has been amazing and the load times for my latest migrated sites MUCH faster than my current "Professional" hosting plan. They are the real deal.

Charged for a year with no refund The company refused to refund me for an annual subscription payment, which is very unpleasant, and I feel we have been scammed. I will never buy anything from them, and I will make sure that none of our clients, customers, or partners do the same. Extremely unpleasant.
