EXCELLENT Customer Service! I have been a customer for a couple of years and have never had an issue. My order was incomplete and I reached out and Lauryn not only responded very promptly, but handled the issue immediately. I will definitely be a long term customer! P.S. I contacted the customer service department, sent them a photo and within minutes Lauren got back to me! I mean who does that in this day and age! Amazing! I ordered anti cellulite cream from… I ordered anti cellulite cream from this company. NOWHERE on their website do they disclose that it is made in CHINA. Really??? This whole website and their “story” sounds like it is a complete Chinese scam out of California. Satisfaction guarantee? They said I could return it, but must pay to do that. They just want to scam the next customer. Very unhappy!!!
