EXCELLENT Customer Service! I have been a customer for a couple of years and have never had an issue. My order was incomplete and I reached out and Lauryn not only responded very promptly, but handled the issue immediately. I will definitely be a long term customer! P.S. This review is for customer service This review is for customer service, as I havent received my product yet. I mistakenly submitted my order without using my discount code. Immediately, I emailed support to ask that my order be cancelled. They werent able to cancel it BUT, Lauryn offered to add the code to the order and refunded the difference to my card! I must say that I was in complete shock!! I was totally prepared for a long hassle! IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will try other products based solely on my customer experience! Can't wait for my serum to arrive!
