GBOnline Purchase/ Good customer service I purchased online, when my items arrived one of the bottle was broken and spilled in the container. I immediately emailed the customer service and sent photos, got a response the next day. They offered a replacement or refund and asked me to return the item on its original packaging which I did. Hopefully refund will come to my account after the said waiting period.

Maria MV listened carefully, then forwarded for a resolution and stayed a communication through each step.
