I spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl… I spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl perfume on board a flight and the spray mechanism stopped working after a few days. I contacted them to try and get it fixed/resolved. They requested all my personal details, photos of the bottle, packaging I even had to take videos of it not working. Then they refused to help and told me to go to the flight company!! What a waste of time. Customer service definitely not a priority!!

Maria MV listened carefully, then forwarded for a resolution and stayed a communication through each step. While I love Carolina Herrera fragrances, after meeting Maria MV, I appreciate the company even more.

I bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro… I bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro airport but unfortunately the scent was faulty. I contacted Puig and a member of the staff (Daisy) was very understanding. I was provided with a free label to send back the faulty perfum. Once they received it, they send me straight away a replacement and it smells beautifully 😍. Their customer service is good and they respond quickly.
