GBOnline Purchase/ Good customer service I purchased online, when my items arrived one of the bottle was broken and spilled in the container. I immediately emailed the customer service and sent photos, got a response the next day. They offered a replacement or refund and asked me to return the item on its original packaging which I did. Hopefully refund will come to my account after the said waiting period.

GBTiny Error, Amazing Respionse! Maria M. was so pleasant and professional. My order arrived missing an additional charm that was ordered. I emailed right away, and Maria M. quickly responded. Ideally CH prefers to see pictures of all packaging. Since the packaging was not damaged, I did not think to save it. Once the details of the issue were sorted out, I received my charm as ordered very quickly. Maria M. thank you for your help! Lastly my product exceeded expectations! I am very pleased.

GBI bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume… I bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume recently and I was very excited about the perfume, I had already tried it at the airport, but it was the biggest disappointment, I didn't smell anything, it didn't even last 5 minutes. I thought about it being fake, but I bought it directly from Carolina Herrera's website. I don't know if they changed the formula, but it doesn't smell like anything, only when you sneeze you can smell it, but it doesn't last 5 minutes on the body.

GBI spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl… I spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl perfume on board a flight and the spray mechanism stopped working after a few days. I contacted them to try and get it fixed/resolved. They requested all my personal details, photos of the bottle, packaging I even had to take videos of it not working. Then they refused to help and told me to go to the flight company!! What a waste of time. Customer service definitely not a priority!!
