GBExaVault is the best experience I've … ExaVault is the best experience I've had with data sharing and sending. I just used it wrapping a feature and it met every post production crew's needs, without ANY problems whatsoever. How rare that is is really unheard of. We are so appreciative of ExaVault. It's fast, organized and user-friendly. Nothing is misleading or confusing about the site. It's the most convenient data sharing on the planet. Thanks again ExaVault, spreading the word is the least we can do! ExaVault is the best option, period.

GBTHE RIGHT CHOICE for HOSTED FTP / SFTP SERVICE We got tired of down time and of hearing excuses from the local ISP we were using for hosted FTP storage. We chose and moved to ExaVault for a few reasons: • Price for the number of User and storage space. • We can add Users and set permissions. • Flexible, easy to use and administer. • Quick response from EV staff in regard to answering questions pre- and post-sign up. • EV's existing customer base. GBAfter 4.5 years they suspended our account...beware of their business practices We were, until today, an ExaVault customer for 4.5 years, then they suspended our account for high bandwidth usage. Their service was being used for FTP back up of a cloud server instance at the IBM data center in Dallas (formally Softlayer). It was the same nightly automatic backup from a Plesk control panel for all 4.5 years. Very poor business practices I would not recommend them. We are moving our business to AWS. NZReally Good, minor changes would make it perfect We're finding ExaVault really convenient as a landing place for telemetered data-logger data and conveniently, securely sharing this data with various customers. I especially like our ability to have our brand on the page. One thing that I wish you could do is retrospectively change/divide the access permissions for folders/sub-folders that have already been created. We made a number of folders under a main folder only to find that we couldn't modify access permissions in the way we desired. We ended up having to create multiple new root folders and allocate/restrict access that way. Some of this hinged on the need to program our data-loggers to drop the data in a specified folder. Not a biggie but slightly less convenient than we thought it would be.

GBUnjustified Huge Increase in Price with Little Notice The have been using ExaVault for some time and paying $20 per month. We were sent an email out of the blue recently saying that the annual subscription would now be $2,100! This is way beyond our budget and leaves us in a very difficult position, needing to restructure our IT, and our relationship with the 3rd parties at short notice. If this is how their customers are treated, they deserve 0 stars. I am trying to imaging what they would say to their providers if bills starting landing on their door mat with little notice and 500% increases in charges. We are small business with very low volume users, only transferring a few files a day, each nothing more than a csv file with a few lines of text. Very unimpressed.
