Puffy mattresses aren't built to last After sleeping on it for nearly 3 years and spending nearly $2k, my mattress has completely broken down. Puffy refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty, because I'm unable to provide photos of an indentation measuring more than 1 1/2 inches. Puffy is clearly outsourcing production and using subpar materials, & if you dig deep, their headquarters are located in the middle east! This company is a scam.

This was one of the best experiences… This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. False advertisement for refund after … False advertisement for refund after 101 day trial for pillows. In order to obtain your refund, they do not tell you that you have to show proof that you took it to a donation center with a photo copy of a receipt and send them a copy before you are reimbursed. So you do not return it to Puffy ,or a store that sells the product to be recycled. They make you go through the trouble to go to a donation center to deter you from attempting to get your refund. They should mention that in bold print after they advertise the 101 day risk free trial period .What a scam. I would hate to know what happens if your not satisfied with a mattress?

The 4-month trial is legit! The 4-month trial is legit! The first mattress we selected was disappointing after a month or so, and Puffy mattress customer service helped us swap it out for our 'also ran' with excellent service and special accommodation. They actually cared about my buying experience and treated me like a very valued customer instead of a sale - a rarity I would imagine, especially in this business. Great value at the end of the day and I'm very satisfied with the experience.
